Step 1: Simple instructions for setting up/accessing your FAA MedXPress System can be found at this link:

Step 2: Once you have completed your part on the MedXPress website, you will be assigned a confirmation number. Please bring the confirmation number and a print out of the MedXPress summary to your appointment.

Step 3: Schedule an appointment. If you have a chronic medical condition, please contact me by email so we can review your medical history. The FAA may require special testing or a note from your treating physician from within the last 90 days. Discussing these issues ahead of time will save you time and streamline the process.

Step 4: Bring a photo ID and your MedXPress confirmation number to your appointment.​​

FYI
- The FAA requires urine testing for protein and sugar to screen for diabetes and kidney disease. We will do this in our office at the time of your appointment. Drug testing is NOT performed.
- FAA exams do NOT include examinate of breasts or other private parts.
- Payment is due at the time of our appointment. We do not bill insurance companies.
